Well, it may have a lot of features but one thing it can't do which every partition manager software that I've used for a long IT career could/can do and that is it can't cope with FAT16 partitions. It simply refuses to deal with them & they've been around since the dawn of time and are still in use. If you want a 'complete' partition manager I suggest you look elsewhere.
